Theorem (Prime Number Theorem): The following formula holds: $$\lim_{x \rightarrow \infty} \dfrac{\pi(x)}{\mathrm{li}(x)}=1,$$ where $\pi$ denotes the prime counting function and $\mathrm{li}$ denotes the logarithmic integral.
