Theorem

The following formula holds: $$\sin(\mathrm{gd}(x))=\tanh(x),$$ where $\sin$ denotes the sine, $\mathrm{gd}$ denotes the Gudermannian, and $\tanh$ denotes the hyperbolic tangent.
