The Stieltjes constants are defined by $$\gamma_n = \displaystyle\lim_{m \rightarrow \infty} \left[ \displaystyle\sum_{k=1}^m \dfrac{\log^n(k)}{k} - \dfrac{\log^{n+1}(m)}{n+1} \right]$$
