The Exton $q$-exponential $E_{\mathrm{Ext},q}(z)$ is given by $$E_{\mathrm{Ext},q}(z)=\displaystyle\sum_{k=0}^{\infty} \dfrac{q^{\frac{k(k-1)}{4}}}{[k]_q!} z^k,$$ where $[k]_q!$ denotes the q-factorial.
