The following formula holds: $$\psi^{(m)}(z+1)=\psi^{(m)}(z)+\dfrac{(-1)^mm!}{z^{m+1}},$$ where $\psi^{(m)}$ denotes the polygamma and $m!$ denotes the factorial.
