Theorem
The following formula holds: $$e = \displaystyle\lim_{n \rightarrow \infty} \left( 1 + \dfrac{1}{n} \right)^n,$$ where $e$ denotes e and $\displaystyle\lim_{n \rightarrow \infty}$ denotes a limit.
