The hypergeometric ${}_0F_0$ function is defined by the series $${}_0F_0 \left( ; ; z \right)=\displaystyle\sum_{k=0}^{\infty} \dfrac{z^k}{k!}.$$ It is a special case of the hypergeometric pFq function.
