Properties
Theorem: For $|x|<1,|q|<1$, $$\displaystyle\sum_{k=0}^{\infty} \dfrac{(a;q)_k}{(q;q)_k} x^k = \dfrac{(ax;q)_{\infty}}{(x;q)_{\infty}}.$$
