Theorem: The following formula holds: $$\sin(\nu \pi)\mathbf{E}_{\nu}(z)=\mathbf{J}_{-\nu}(z)-\cos(\nu \pi)\mathbf{J}_{\nu}(z),$$ where $\mathbf{E}_{\nu}$ denotes a Weber function and $\mathbf{J}_{\nu}$ denotes an Anger function.
