Theorem

The following formula holds: $$\mathbf{E}_1(z)=\dfrac{2}{\pi}-\mathbf{H}_1(z),$$ where $\mathbf{E}_1$ denotes a Weber function and $\mathbf{H}_1$ denotes a Struve function.
