The $E_{\frac{1}{q}}$ function is defined by the formula $$E_{\frac{1}{q}}(z) = \displaystyle\sum_{k=0}^{\infty} \dfrac{q^{ {k \choose 2} }}{[k]_q!} z^k.$$
